We do not operate on a single-piece production model, and the costs associated with producing quantities below the allowed minimum exceed the product’s selling price. Therefore, for very small quantities, a so-called below-minimum handling fee is automatically added to the cart.

You can order one item without printing, but a processing fee must be paid with the order. If you are only interested in receiving a sample, please contact our sales department. We will gladly lend you a sample for an agreed period of time.

A single item can be added to combined orders that already contain other promotional products. For example, you can place an order for T-shirts with only one or very few pieces of each color and size. It is also possible to order just one item, but a processing fee applies.

Not all logo application methods are suitable for every product, and they are not all in the same price range. Multi-color printing is not available for all products. The printing price depends on the number of colors used in the logo and the number of print positions. Each product has a precisely defined maximum print area within which the logo can be applied. Based on your submitted order and logo, our agents will suggest the most suitable application method and provide pricing.

You can add textile items of different sizes, colors, models, and even brands into the online printing or embroidery calculator (for promotional textiles). You can easily calculate the final branding price for a diverse combination of textile products.

All products in this web shop can be ordered by both companies and private individuals.

Products without personalization are available within 5–7 working days (we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure or courier service issues). For personalized samples, delivery time depends on the quantity ordered. An estimated timeframe can be provided by our agent after receiving your inquiry. The delivery time is calculated from the date of payment receipt or from the confirmation of the print preview.

Product information, stock levels, prices, printing options, and similar data are collected through regular automated data exchange with our suppliers. Due to the large volume of data, numerous printing options (type and position), and constantly changing stock levels, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy and reserve the right to change or correct any information. The displayed stock levels are also available to many other customers across Europe, so availability may change between data updates. If any printing option or dimension is incorrect, our sales representative will inform you after reviewing your inquiry.
